QC Technician This is a temporary, full-time placement expected to last three months. This position involves new and varied work situations and a high degree of complexity. The position performs science-based work pertaining to food safety. This position functions in an audit capacity and the potential for internal conflict is present. The successful candidate must be able to focus on product quality and consistency as the foundation for judgments made. The individual should have experience in biology or microbiology. The individual must have excellent interpersonal and decision making skills, use discretion, have the ability to negotiate and build consensus in a team environment. It is imperative that this individual be able to communicate both orally and in writing. The individual should be able to perform science-based laboratory work, perform basic and advanced mathematics and use independent judgment. Education and/or Experience | |||

Production Supervisor As our production supervisor you will evaluate written data (job orders, product specifications and operations sheets) and employee production rates to establish efficient allocation and scheduling of material, machines, and sequences of operations and workflow. You will manage workers' schedules, including breaks and lunches as well as monitor and evaluate employee performance to determine wheather employee requiers additional training to maintain the highest level of crew accuracy. | |||
